He is replacing the chamber I could not believe this thing just quite on me
At first, you will hear a drum sound yet it is not an air leak. however, in no time given you will start to hear the air leak sound and if you do prolong this you will see you needle drop little by little
brake chamber indicates a leaking diaphragm, and this condition must be remedied before operating the vehicle

Upon starting the engine, the driver makes a note of the position of the second hand of his watch – or begins counting, and notes the time it takes for the air to build up to a certain value – the end of the gauge’s “red zone,” is a good one. The air pressure of the system, assuming it’s starting at Zero, must reach the end of the “red” zone of the gauge – 80 psi – within 90 seconds. It must continue to build to 120 psi, according to BC DOT regulations, within 3 minutes

I was also having an issue where a piece of ice would keep my primary air tank from airing up. I would be driving down the road and I would slow down for an off ramp or school bus and the primary air tank would not air up. I put my old thinkin’ cap on and determined that I needed to do the same thing between the compressor and the air tanks. This worked too.

The best thing to do is drain the water out daily during the summer and change your air dryer filter on a regular basis.

Anyway, hope this helps someone.

First, I sanded the cracked area so the epoxy would adhere to the tank better. After applying the epoxy, I let it cure overnight for 12 hours. However, I noticed a spot that I had missed so I applied more quick steel the following morning.

This is the first time I’ve done this so I’m crossing my fingers hoping it works. I’ve seen other videos where people use soldering irons before applying the epoxy however, I did not take that approach because my tank was full of fuel. I did want to risk catching something on fire.
