Hey this Art with OCRV in Yorba Linda, let’s take a look at this project. This is our Show Stacker Trailer, we built about five years ago. Factory Transport in Texas, built this trailer for us and then we upfitted it. When they put this trailer together, the axles were a little undersized and we started having some problems with the axles. Let me show you what we’re doing to solve that problem. As you can see, we’ve got the trailer up in the air. We’ve got the front axle assembly torn out and all the mounting brackets and everything. Here you can see this is the old dropped axel, it’s a torsion axle, air right axle and this trailer is running on 22-5 Coach Tires spread axle. You can see the wheels and tires over here, that we’re running adapters on it. Those adapters are going to come out, here are the new axles that are going on this trailer. So again, here you can see the axel that came out of the trailer and now we’re mocking up the new axle. This is a Ridewell 15,000 lb. Air Ride Suspension System. It has 12,000 lb. Dexter Dropped Axle with dual caliper brakes on it. This is going to be an amazing upgrade for this trailer. We started having wheel bearing problems, the axels were way under rated for the weight of this trailer. So, you can see that we’re capable of doing any type of trailer repair, whether it’s collision, suspension upgrades, rebuilds. Next, we will build all the custom bracketry for this trailer, then re plumb it.
